Ok- I've been reading up on pilates- haven't kept up with the thread enough to know if this has been covered...but am thinking of investing ($25) in one of the pilate circles from Winsor Pilates.

Any of you have experience with this kind of toning/exercise?

I really eat well- but since (excuse me gents) menopause- pounds that used to drop like flies will not BUDGE.

This thread is a great idea!

You may want to look into thyroid supplementation to counteract the menopause weight problem. Here is a formula to consider:

There are many other choices as well. Some actually dose iodine directly onto the skin.

I've tried Pilates....oh my goodness it stretches you!
..some folks love it.....

I've started drinking lots of Green Tea....

..I have no idea if it really is a diet aid, but it seems to be.

I have the regular & decaf hot tea.....and lots of it.

Who knows...probably can't hurt.

It's harder for women to lose weight than men.....this is true!
