It just means that you own a share in the company like you would any public company be it a sports company or a company that makes dog food.

You are entitled to go the the annual general meeting and you have a vote at that meeting re the accounts, appointing of directors all the things that go on at an annual shareholders meeting.

Also there are perks like if we win a trophy you are entitled to have a photograph with it on the day of the annual general meeting (it always held in the close season so if we have won a trophy it is there at the ground). Otherwise you would have book this up with club and of course pay to have this done for us shareholders it is free on that day.

Doing fine, got the new computer working well now after a few teething troubles and enjoying it but not enjoying that it has not got my data on it.

Hopefully that will be sorted next week and in the meantime am running 2 machines and bring over selected files when required.

The most memorable sporting event to me was the 6^th game of the 86 World Series when the ball rolled through Buckners legs (sorry Redsox fans).
Romantic movies and me don`t really exist together so that one is a little difficult.

I once scored a basket for the other team in a basketball game in the 6th grade. I came back to score 3 point for us. LOL!

I am glad I am not the only one that is struggling re movies tend to like funny ones myself though a few Hugh Grant ones I suppose cover both funny and romantic.

I'll pick one I know no one will pick. In "The Winning Team" Ronald Reagan plays the baseball pitcher Grover Cleveland Alexander. Alexander has double vision and he tells his wife (Doris Day) that one good thing about his double vision is that now "your twice as pretty". LOL!

I have to agree with you on the romantic movies--I'm not a big fan of "mush." Much rather have a good comedy or even a historical epic.

Well, about three and a half years ago, my high school football team was invited by the worst team in our conference (Pius XI H.S.; team name is the Popes) to play in the Badger Classic at Camp Randall Stadium (home field for the University of Wisconsin)

The game went all right, and in the second half, an injured Pius player was lying at about midfield. Suddenly, the stadium PA announced that "There is an injured Pope lying on the field"

Needless to say, our sideline and the stands behind us erupted in laughter.

By the way, we won the game 32-0.

I guess it wasn`t that bad a movie.
