It just suprised me. We had never watched till this season. We watch one episode and suddenly she's a 24 fanatic - she normally doesn't care for that sort of show.

Now I begin to understand.

We're near the end of season 3 now with disks 4 & 5 in the mail from Netflix.

I loved it when Jack shot the bad guy's wife in the thigh to get him to talk...a first on TV.

His character reminds me of the hero CIA agent how died in Afghanistan---the never to be forgotten Johnny "Mike" Spann.

I've got military relatives that love 24...they're at Bragg. Their new thing is: WWJBD=what would jack bauer do...LOL..I always tease them with that saying when we're discussing something important...and these guys are officers. ;o)

I liked the comment about what weapon Jack was carrying.. One of the things i have enjoyed most about watching the show is going back and looking at all of the weapons (thus far I have seen him use the Berretta 92FS, the SIG- 226?, the USP from H&K and of course the ubiquitous MP-5 from H&K).

Absolutely loved the comment on the guys at Bragg with the WWJBD- I can certainly see that.
