His problem is that he was already suppose to show the Grand Jury exculpatory evidence and he didn't do it.

The indictment of Evans, for sure, may be thrown out.

he was required to show both exculpatory and incriminatory evidence to the GJ? well no wonder he SCRUPULOUSLY avoided any contact with the defense, as it ensured he HAS no exculpatory evidence!
