He filed his motion yesterday during the blowout press conference.

I must have missed all those "countless interviews."
with their unerring eye for the deep pockets among the LAX players, they also bought themselves the opportunity to go up against the best defense attys in the state, and more likely, country. and they will eviscerate that prosecution.
you know, there is always the possibility that this guy is brilliant, and is going to pull a rabbit out of his prosecutorial hat and make the rest of us, and the highpowered defense attorneys look foolish. but given that his previous experience has been traffic court til fairly recently, i just don't think the odds are in favor of that outcome.
Meanwhile, the man charged with prosecuting the case has remained largely silent, apparently even to those defense attorneys.
I am speechless.
Do these people really think we are that stupid????? I am so mad about those 2 paragraphs, I cannot get past them.
