It's called.....compromise....and its purpose is to soften/weaken the Republican Party on social issues.

Mary Cheney is a fiscal conservative....nothing more.

Christians respond...('kneejerk' according to sinkspur and others here)...because we're sick and tired of watching long held conservative values undermined!

We don't 'hate' gays...(as many of you seem to believe)...and we certainly don't 'hate' Mary Cheney.

...but many of us are tired of the gay agenda encrouching on families, the family unit and children....

..and we're tired of the 'in your face' crowed.

I fully realize what I've just posted will be distorted, misread & torn apart by some of you here.
