Welcome to FR Dr. Xanax...I agree that exercise is the best antidote for many of the things that ail ye.
And every little bit helps. Even just getting fresh air helps.

It's hard for me to eat junk living in a house with a PA. However I don't like most fast food anyway and I'm pretty active even with my disability.
On the other hand I think that a lot of Americas problems have to do with factory farmed foods. I just believe that they lack a lot of the vitamins and minerals that come from garden grown veggies. I don't have anything to back it up, it's just my belief.
Then there's the active lifestyle factor which I believe is most important of all. My great grandparents all lived into their late 80s and 90s eating a lot of butter fried foods and garden veggies but all were very active late into their lives.
