Wow! I haven't lost as much as I want to, but then, I'm not exactly doing all the right things, either...
I'll only be here for a few minutes this morning. I just wanted to pop in and let you all know I'm thinking of you. ;o]

Yeah. Things are still shifting around in all the right directions for me, I've just kinda of leveled off in the mid-250's. I have pants/shorts that I haven't worn in six years that fit again, and a few XXL dress shirts that no longer fit in the chest/shoulders/arms.
That last there really sucks as one of those shirts is a rather nice raw silk I was rather fond of. I can get it buttoned easily enough, but I can't raise my arms higher than chest height without it binding just about the biceps and straight across the back.
Annoying.

I have clothes that don't fit because I'm the wrong shape, too. It's probably got something to do with having a baby :-).

Tough call. I suppose there are many other contributing factors other than mere travel. Oh yes. Considering looking for employment elsewhere is one indicator...

Thanks! I should be at goal in a week or two, and then I won't have to pay for WW meetings.
I'm going to run as soon as James goes to bed for nap. I'm not sure whether my left ankle is with me 100%, but I'll find out :-). If not, I'll go back to doing yard work.

Zon complains about that too. In some ways, I see this as a "good thing" though.

Nah, I got busy playing Super Munchers. Haven't played it since at least 1998, probably earlier. That would be a one-bit game? ;)

Two to one, give or take, isn't it? So you'll need to eat twice as many cheeseburgers as I've missed.

That sounds like a death-dealing meal ... on the order of chicken-fried steak with cream gravy and mashed potatoes!

Yummy hips. She already had the long legs thing going on.
That, and there was an overall attitude change to that I find kind of appealing. More self assured.
