imprisoned not more than 2 years, or both.
(b) Improper time or place; civil penalties
Any alien who is apprehended while entering (or attempting to
enter) the United States at a time or place other than as
designated by immigration officers shall be subject to a civil
penalty of -
(1) at least $50 and not more than $250 for each such entry (or
attempted entry); or
(2) twice the amount specified in paragraph (1) in the case of
an alien who has been previously subject to a civil penalty under
this subsection.

Yep, that's exactly what they did. I think the negative reaction all that flag waving had on the vast majority of America surprised the heck out of their leaders. Been seeing fewer of those flags being waved under our noses since then. But it's too late.

They got their MSM coverage all right, just like they were hoping for. We all SAW which flag was important to THEM, and its wasn't the stars and stripes. THESE flags were NOT being waved by desperate immigrants seeking the shining city on the hill. They were being waved by the invading hoardes. They thumbed their collective noses at ALL of us.
