Most places in the US have stopped doing this, almost all of it is now done in Mexico or Thailand.
It's interesting that the Boston Herald uses the term "transgender bias" in a headline, as if there is such a thing and that it is a) easily defined and b) wrong.
They are just doing the jobs Americans won't do... /sarcasm
