“The very first wrong phrase he used I made a point of stopping him right there, explaining it was a big deal to me, and it was very offensive to me for him to use the wrong vernacular,” said Morgan.

DeMarco wrote her a ticket for traveling at an estimated speed of 95 – 100 miles an hour, which Morgan said he threw into the car through her partially open window with no explanation, prompting Morgan to exit her vehicle and walk toward DeMarco’s car seeking more information. At that point, Morgan alleges, DeMarco backed his car away from her. Morgan said she gave DeMarco a “one-finger salute,” turned æaround and attempted to flag down a passing motorist in the hope of having a witness to the interaction. When she stepped onto the interstate, she says, DeMarco exited his vehicle and forcibly grabbed her, spun her around and handcuffed her so tightly that they dug into her wrists. She was arrested for disturbing the peace.

“His attitude was, he didn’t want to talk to me, he didn’t want to deal with me, he didn’t want to do anything with me,” said Morgan of DeMarco’s demeanor prior to her arrest. She called DeMarco’s action of backing his car away as she approached him as “basically, the big ‘F’ you.”

“I feel that he was so disgusted with even having to deal with me that when he saw the opportunity to bust me he jumped on it,” said Morgan. She alleges that the trooper continued to refer to her by male terms at the state police barracks where she was processed, at one point asking “Well, are you male or female?”

(snip)

“We’re not included in any of the rights and that’s the problem,” said Morgan. “That’s why I was hoping to use this as crowbar to force the issue.”

Doesn't this sound like a teenage girl that has a crush on the star football player and he doesn't even know she exists?

Good Lord, from your posts, its so clear, HE was the one acting like an idiot. Put other people (drivers) at risk by driving at that speed, then again by walking out onto the highway to flag down another motorists. The officer could very well have saved HIS sorry life.

This is Ted Kennedy's pet project, special rights for transgendered. He is, in fact, holding a bill in committee, to put in place mandatory sentencing guidelines for pedophiles, and trying to add a clause for these poor dysfunctional souls.
