If there were other people in the room moving around it could easly be a reflection. The relection could be in the lens or off the buildings walls.
So the first question I'd ask is, was she alone in the room when this was recorded?

The camera was unattended...and no, she was not alone. The woman has identified that as a living human who was with her. :-)

I agree. One of the replays seems to show the "apparition" sitting before moving. I'm skeptical as well... but these things are interesting. This would need to be tested under controlled circumstances ... nobody in the room, only cameras... different types and lots of them.
