The U.S. national team faces a must-win situation Saturday against Italy (2:30 p.m. ET, ABC). The U.S. lineup could see some changes, including adding Eddie Johnson. Czech Republic and Ghana play earlier in the day (11:30 a.m., ABC), while Portugal advanced by beating Iran 2-0.

Slightly OT, on the West Coast, the coverage is horrible: no replay of games, no post-game analysis, not every game has been covered.
I only know a little rudimentary Spanish, but I'm switching rapidly between ABC/ESPN and Univision.
Univision has the better coverage, by far: too bad I don't have a Univision Hi-Def channel...
[which would also be nice when "Caliente" comes on...]

Somehow, I do not think winning a Game 3-0 can be considered being "roughed them up."
Losing a World Cup game 3-0 is the equivalent of losing an NFL game 56 to 0.

And it looks like they have so much more fun on Univision too...

Nah, you can´t say a 3:0 is equivalent to 56-0 in American Football. Often enough, it´s just luck whether a better team scores one or more times. However, it´s safe to say that the Czechs were better than the US team.

Someone on a Norwegian board just said, that he plays for an Israeli club.
Anyhow, bring on the Italy-USA game.
I've got cold beer in the fridge :-)

A prophet is never appreciated in his own country. "I didn't know "Baghdad Bob" moved to Berlin and became a Freeper." Quote to you in response to saying Ghana would win.
Great prediction! I read your prediction yesterday and thought you were crazy :)

Yeah, Univision has great coverage. And Caliente is a fringe benefit... :)

Looks like some Spanish-speaking Amis are full of liquid courage over in Deutschland: one of them kept yelling "Vamos, Italia!"
Whoa. One step at a time, big fella.

Yeah, Univision has great coverage. And Caliente is a fringe benefit... :) They know their audience well! Unlike ESPN and ABC.
