and in doing so ADMITTED that cargo would be sent from Asia to a Mexican port. At which pont the cargo would have a cursory X-ray inspection and not be thoroughly inspected until the cargo reaches Kansas City instead of at the US-Mexico border as it should be.

Yes BUT they still couch it in terms of a grand "New World Order" conspiracy. Yes I did read the article along with their other articles being posted about merging the USA, Mexico and Canada into some kind of American super state.
