I was there last weekend. Highway 64. I took a bike ride to Lake Lure NC. Chimney Rock and Bat Cave are a couple miles up the moutain right below Asheville. Beautiful scenery. Ride the Parkway if you ever get a chance.
Just as long as you don't stumble into Batman's lair...
