Well, I guess you gotta roll him on his side and prop up his back half. That's all you can do for emotional shock. If it's shock due to internal bleeding, it might help but it'll die anyway.

Did the cat shake it? It could have "Shaken Baby" syndrome of sorts...brains rattled in it's head to the point of coma but not death. In which case the brain will eventually herniate and that will be that.
