A co-worker of mine 4 year old son was killed by a wolf-hybrid a few years back. It wasn't his, but a neighbor's that had gotten out of it's backyard pen and came across the fence and killed him. They had complained to authorities before, but they could not do anything as the animal was kept well and was told it was not a danger........

That is horrible. What became of the wolf-hybrid's owners? If that happened to my family, they would become victims themselves.
