I have no idea really. I garbled up my diet so bad over the past couple of weeks, and gained about 6 lbs! So, Monday I went back on my low carb (minus the sweetners--and I did ALOT of splenda) and have lost 6 lbs (so I know it was fluid). My joints feel somewhate better (not 100% but maybe that never will be the case) but they always feel better when I'm on the induction phase of Atkins. I'm just tired of being THAT low carb....

Mmm, well, good luck! I'm gonna stick with my splenda for now! I think my problem is really the exercising and maintaining portion control when I go out to eat.
