how many did he drop in? the did this on fox & friends about a month ago, seemed to work pretty good...they dropped in like 5-6 at once..
they used a tube filled with mentos placed over the mouth of the bottle and a card/paper to release them into the bottle at the same time...
My #2 son and his buddy have spent about $30 so far on this and have gotten some good sprays. It does work.
