No. He's one of the sources cited by the Denver station. It apparently is someone fouund by the guy who used to work for the loser DA and quit to go to work for the Ramsey's. MSNBC is saying that he has given (Thai authorities?) a confession involving details of the crime never revealed to the public. That doesn't mean the ex-DA investigator didn't know those details and play some games that way, but I'm not making any assumptions either way till we hear more.
