That muzzle brake is standard now on the Sebu (IIRC) 50 cal bolt action. They also sell them as replacements for muzzle brakes on other brands of the 50 sniper rifles.

Dunno what it's doing in the sand box... Standard issue is the Barrett M82A2 a ten round semi auto 50 cal... That might belong to one of the "securty personel".

I never fired the M82 or M24 in theatre, only the M21. The National Guard (even a Separate Infanty unit like mine) is always the last to get the latest stuff, even the M-24's. It's still a great weapon though and dead bang on out to around 600m or so. It more accurate (though kicks like a mule) with the spindle valve closed. Not as good as the M24 but it can still hold it's own. I had a photo snapped of my by an AP photog using one. We were on our way to BIAP when we got ambushed from an apartment building. It was a pretty tense and wild time, to be sure.
