He didn't have any charges there. The police instructed the Thai police to arrest him for the JBR case. The misinformation on this thread is astounding. Everybody is a freaking expert, but noone knows squat.

It still isn't clear if he had any charges pending there or not. First he did, then he didn't, then he did again.

Among all the media feeding off this story, not one of those clowns has seen fit to clarify this clearly, firmly and once and for all.
