Yeah, when the ex-wife who knows what a disgusting POS he is offered an alibi that he wasn't even looking for, it was obvious that he just wanted attention. Maybe they should take him off of suicide watch until the California authorities come get him.
Trouble is, IIRC, his parents also offered an alibi -- a different one. Ex-wife said he spent Christmas 1996 in Alabama with her. His parents said he spent Christmas 1996 in Georgia with them. I didn't particularly trust people who could have raised or married this sicko.
