He won't be sent to Q. His sentence will be too short. I don't know what all he was charged and convicted of, but if it's just for having kiddie porn on his pc, he may not even get state time. He may get county jail time. Further, since he was convicted in absentia, he stands a good chance of getting another trial. The worst that's going to happen is that he'll be sent someplace like Vacaville or Atascadero for a couple years.
His picture has been seen by hundreds of millions of people, he probably won't do all that well out on the streets either.
It was just a misdemeanor and a year or less time.
