We just adopted a kitten a few weeks ago, a slinky little stripey grey tabby we named Chase. Her arch nemesis (and best friend) is our beloved Rottie, Ursa. Ursa is probably the most tender hearted dog I've ever met (she's also the bravest, but only when bears are in the yard).

This kitten runs rings around her. There's probably an 87 lb. weight difference between them, and yet Chase has no fear of Ursa. She just saunters up to the dog, swats her nose, and struts off. Ursa's just flabbergasted.

Cats and Dogs are such a great combo, eh?

My brother had a great cat and dog combo, the dog would have the entire cat's head in its mouth, slobbering all over it, while its two front paws pinned the cat...and the cat would be yowling, but it was all a game...the cat could have escaped any time it wanted...:)
