The Baby Poop VW color that I think most people think of is Shantung Yellow (L 12 D)...

There is also "Kansas Beige"...

Lemon Yellow

and Texas Yellow

I see a lot of Saturn Yellow Super Beetles...I find them a bit of an assault on the eyes.

Mine is Yukon Yellow (L 19 K)...

However, mine has faded quite a bit and is "now" what I consider a very pretty butter yellow. I'd just soon keep it that color, have it actually matched. But Steve is a purist and wants it put back to what the label says. "Yukon Gelb" as it says in German.

Heh...does look like that typewriter is pretty close to baby poop color...cross between that and Texas Yellow.
