I hurt my backduring the night when I got out of bed to adjust the a/c and haven't done much of anything. I am in serious pain right now.

I have chronic back pain.. chiropractor always helps.. now the arthritis, spurs, bone mass loss in vertebra & disc degeneration make it more painful & harder to minimize pain, but the chiropractic visits always give me relief...

getting old ain't for sissies, as the old saying goes..

The bed that we bought has a much thicker mattress and is higher up than anything I ever slept in and when I got out of bed I heard and felt a popping sound in my back and now I am just in so much pain. It had felt like a disk had been out of place for months and months and I am hoping that as painful as it is, that it possed back into place.

'Morning everyone...

Haven't seen or heard much, as I've been in class or in transit all morning.

However, I did notice a bit ago that our Conservative Union is passing out buttons and stickers. with 9/11 Never forget (the loop of the 9 is the shape of the Pentagon, and the 11 resembles the Twin Towers. Between the 9 and the 11 is a silhouette of an airplane).

Pretty cool buttons and hopefully I can get an image up for you guys later on today.

I have taken lots of ibuprofen and plan on getting a nap. Later on I wil probably pick up a heating pad and more icy hot for our drive to tX and back.

Which reminds me...I will probably not be around next weekend and will have to catch up.

I didn't get to see anything. I didn't get to leave the office until 5:00 and by then, I was really tired and my ankle hurt really bad and I just wanted to go home. But my day in general was good. I got a real badge today (as opposed to a visitor's badge) and I got my computer set up so now I have my official DoD e-mail.

I'm down to one crutch. My ankle was hurting a lot when I left work but it's doing better now. It just needed some rest.
