Maybe someone more in the know about MLB policy can chime in, but I think they do have to take periodic blood tests nowadays.
He didn't put on a sudden growth spurt; more on McCovey lines-huge from birth, probably. Nonetheless, he should probably volunteer so there won't be questions.

When Howard hits his 62nd, he will be the all-time, single-season home-run king.

I think there's enpough fear out there about getting caught that steroids aren't as common as some folks think.

I have the substance of the interview right on this, but not the details: NFL lineman said on sports interview show this week that 15-20% of NFL linemen are using Human Growth Hormone.

Derrick Jeter has said he would like to play for the Tigers someday but I suspect the cost would be mighty high. Right now the only players they have at over 10 million are Ordonez and Rodriguez.
