They never had a leg to stand on to begin with. Supernova is still around and has put out albums on a national scale.

This is no surprise but a good conclusion to see. Especially when the RIAA claims that musicians are being hurt by piracy and then the big boys in the industry do this to "fellow" musicians.

Anybody ever notice how Tommy Lee always looks like he just had a big hit of coke before the show? Especially the night he had just arrived from an Aerosmith concert.

Years ago my band was contacted by a label that had just signed some band and they wanted to use our bands name. They offered us money, but we cynically declined. It was funny when their cd showed up at the record store I worked at on weekends.
I wonder if George Lucas can sue "Supernova" over their song titled "Chewbacca".
