If I remember correctly, anytime anyone threatens to do harm, or death to the POTUS, doesn't the Secret Service move into action and arrest those people?
So if this stupid movie is being shown; made; ie: in Chicago or anywhere else in the U.S. shouldn't those people be arrested for threating to do bodily harm and/or death to the POTUS?

Well, I think the viewpoint is that this movie isn't really calling for the death of the president so much as it is portraying what it would be like if he were killed.
Still, that's getting way too close to the line, if not going over it.
