[Vanity] Question for those who know software.]

A friend of mine asked if there was any software/freeware available that could capture and save websites? Or capture specific portions of them.

He is a prolific poster to many Internet forums and boards and would really like to get his material that he has out there already. Seems he posts and never saves a copy.

I know that there are applications for entire websites but have no idea as to their names or how good they are. Also don't know if you can specifically choose certian things in advance and only capture those. Thankx

Try Evernote. It's free, will capture entire web pages or portions of a page:

I use a Firefox extension called "Down Them All" to grab links, pics and such from any website. Check it out...it may do the trick. That along with a simple "Save As" on a web site's home page may get all the info he needs.
