LOL I was wondering if they had the change to do the same thing.
I went fishing Sat. and had a nice mess of pan fish, and small mouth bass. I like corn meal breading myself. Yumm Yumm!
some Kosher salt, water, brown sugar to brine the trout, add some Alder wood at 130ºF X 6-8 hrs and it makes a decent sandwich too!
