There was a story a few years back about a French "model" named Lolo Ferrari (I believe "Lolo" is French slang for breasts). She told the plastic surgeon to make her grotesque (her word, not mine) - which he did. Her fake breasts were so large that they actually crushed her rib cage in her sleep, killing her.
That's an extreme example, mind you, but nature has its own logic and one defies it at one's peril.

"breast implants are awful---almost mutilation." Breast implants for any reason, save reconstructive surgery for one who has had a breast removed due to cancer, is a mutilation, well-done or not. No woman should ever feel that she needs to submit to mutilation of any kind to be "attractive".
