Stripper to me equates to, "Unhappy walking Petrie dish".

I agee with that to a large extent. However, all lot of them in the high end strip joints are paid a lot of money for a reason. The thing about the fake boobs is that some women are genuinely helped by augmentation as they are uneven or have been through childbirth which changes their bodies a great deal. On the other hand, I've known a few women who go nuts after getting boob jobs.

There was a story a few years back about a French "model" named Lolo Ferrari (I believe "Lolo" is French slang for breasts). She told the plastic surgeon to make her grotesque (her word, not mine) - which he did. Her fake breasts were so large that they actually crushed her rib cage in her sleep, killing her.

That's an extreme example, mind you, but nature has its own logic and one defies it at one's peril.
