If done well, breast implants, in general, are a good thing. Most women who get them probably really don't need them, but that's the beautiful thing about a free country---people are free to make their own mistakes. If done poorly, breast implants are awful---almost mutilation.

Breast implants for any reason, save reconstructive surgery for one who has had a breast removed due to cancer, is a mutilation, well-done or not. No woman should ever feel that she needs to submit to mutilation of any kind to be "attractive".
