My roommate thinks that daily consumption of ACV will ruin your kidneys.
For the past week, I’ve been adding 2 Tbsp of ACV to 10 oz of water. I drink it everyday and I’ve seen major progress:
my monthly cycle is much more pleasant (no PMS or cramps).
i sleep better and actually require less sleep.
I use it regularly, I learned from my grandmother how to make a ‘toddy’ ACV, honey and water.
Fixed my acid reflux and cleaned up my digestive issues.
Seems to just help out feeling good, doesn’t seem to hurt anything, and I’ve gotten kinda partial to the taste.
