Its been around for years. I've used it on and off. Unless you have heartburn problems it won't do you any harm. Don't substitute it for your blood pressure medicine. I confess to kind of liking the taste so I toss mine down with a shot glass.

I was actually looking for the benefits of this stuff for my horse:), and came across this. Sounds like a miracle cure of almost all ills. I'd never heard about it before.

From the info given at the site, you don't want to use the brands sold in grocery stores, it will cause heart burn, but use the health store brands, (organic and unpasteurized), it will cure acid reflux.
