Sorry, but this is not how media works. Being first with story is critically important for media. I am no fan of MSM, but my years there taught me that as soon as you have something this big you air it.

Ed Bradley worked for months to get this interview. He is known in the AA community as a fair Black man. This is a great "get" for him, and it is running as soon as they got it. Since others (the Defs) are also involved, it's a complex story, but let's not blame CBS for DA's idiocy and political usury.

Also as lawyer, I can tell you that DA is close to future censure for inappropriate prosecution. A DA is not charged with responsibility for getting convictions. He is supposed to get the truth.

He should not drive a case; the facts should.

This is so far beyond reasonable doubt, it is incredible.
