It is not in the character of being an American that allows me to strike an unwarranted blow against those who do not share my religous beliefs or ideals of freedom. The "inalienable rights" that i enjoy allow me to give allowance to those who do not share these beleifs or ideals. It also allows me to speak out against those who would consider me "evil" for not sharing their beliefs. These "rights" do not give me the "freedom" to strike those people for not sharing my beliefs, but it does allow me to strike those who strike me.
If i am considered "evil" due to fundamental religous beliefs or ideals of freedom, than those people are considered in my eyes "evil", for i have the right and freedom to do so. It has never been and will never be my beleif that America should strike those who we diagree with on levels of fundamental religous or political beliefs, but it is my belif that we should strike strongly, with extreme and unrestrained prejudice, those who strike us.
If a group of people detest me and mine for beliefs that differ religously or in tenets of freedoms, than those people can not be or are not people of religous or "common good". These people are "evil" and a great "Satan" and due to the "inalienable rights" that i have, i can and will --- as an American -- desire to punish and strike as required all those who strike me.
If it requires me to sustain a continous footing of defense or offense, i will. I have the ability, desire and respect for freedom to sustain my defense or offense, forever if need be. I will and would give my life and existence to the concepts and freedom that being an American defines.
And may God bless me and all those who desire the same and may God look kindly on those "ungodly" who perish for thier attacks on me.
Problems are viewpoints like this:
"I have never learned to fight for my freedom. I was only good at enjoying it. Oscar Van den Boogaard
"The dominant ethos,is perfectly voiced by the stupid blonde woman author with whom I recently debated. She said that it is sometimes better to let yourself be raped than to risk serious injuries while resisting. She said it is sometimes better to avoid fighting than run the risk of death. " Henryk M. Broder
People thinking like that are the reason there is a problem to start with.
