I suspect there are a lot of "decent Black folk" in Durham rueing today the vote they cast for Nifong's election...the man deserves disbarment!

As Nifong said or I read he said: The evidence means nothing, all that matters is a jury that is with you. If I read correctly he will have that jury and the verdict will be guilty no matter the evidence. Several thousand innocent people are convicted every year by prosecutors who care nothing for their oath of "protect the innocent and prosecute the guilty" but just want a conviction.

Really? Unless they were looking for revenge I cant imagine why theyd want to vote for him. Without doubt , Durham County is the most corrupt in NC, and well, North Carolina isn't Iowa, if you get my drift.
