So if we assume you are right, does the "inclusive" part disturb you? Would it cause you to not buy a Lexus assuming you liked the car?

Think car manufacturers make a huge mistake stepping into the 'politics of choice' when they choose their marketing strategies; and I do resent this intrusion. Including a 'group-think' defined not by gender; but by sexual orientation or proclivity. . .can be considered 'inclusive' only until it is recognized; and then it becomes as well; 'exclusive'.

Would I buy a Lexus; if I loved it; and thought it was a great car; one of the best to drive etc. . .all to which it gets high marks, for sure. . .easier to ask myself if I would give up the car I love because of 'target' marketing such as this. . .the addage of 'politics ARE local' comes to mind. I love my car; and cannot imagine choosing another car because of advertising.

But for the same reason; politics being local. . . I do not want the makers of this great car bringing home a political message couched in their advertising. 'Sexual orientation' by definition; creates it's own limitations; seems the marketing appeal is limiting as well.
