I love looking at everyone's kitties.
My last kitty lived to be 18 so yours should have meany good years yet.
Strech is 4 and Samson is 3. Toro is the newbe at less than a year.
They were strays, so I have no idea. Just Iowa farmcats. But Bob is a bobtail, hence the name :)
I had a cat named Sampson once. Looked just like your Sampson except he was black and white instead of gray and white. I also had an old yeller tom cat named Stretch. He had broken his leg at some time in his life before he found me and it had healed sticking up past his head so he ran on three legs. Funniest thing you ever saw. He was a very happy kitty in spite of his deformed leg. Is your kitty a Maine Coontail? Hes beautiful.
Aww, how cute! I have a Manx named Bob. I rescued him from the local shelter years ago. Bob is getting on in years now and I don't expect he'll be around too many more years now, but he has brought us alot of pleasure over the years. He loves to get in stuff like baskets and take his naps. He's a sweetie!
Yep, as far as we know he is all Maine Coon. I think he got dumped cause he was the runt. He only weighs 12 lbs and Maines are ususally in the 15 to 18 lb range.
Thing is I think thay dumped the most handsome cat ever! He sorta has that "Cary Grant" look and coolness to him.
I'd never even seen a Manx until Bear was given to me by a friend who was having health problems and was having to find homes for all his cats, but I can't imagine life without him now. He's such an affectionate cat, not only to husband and I, but also to my other two cats. They are indoor/outdoor cats, but Bear was raised inside and has never been out, so every day when I get home from work and his buddies come in, he will put an arm around their shoulder and give them a good licking on the face and ears and they really seem to enjoy it. Cats are the best!
Yes, they are! My Manx is kind of antisocial with other animals. But he's old and ornery, I guess.
After all, the Dulcinator can perplex the smartest of us all.
