If he was interested in conducting a true controlled experiment he would have used lights on a board in a lab environment not big bulky lamps with plenty of room to hide whatever you want to hide.

OK I watched the second video. What was he doing switching the light bulbs? Why hold one under a cloth so no one can see it while you screw it in? If I were making a video with a revolutionary power source that was going to save mankind from evil carbon fuels I would be prepared and have the correct light bulbs on hand. Did you notice in the beginning of the second video he did not know how big his device was? First he said it was 5 inches around then he measured it and said it was exactly 6 inches. Now call me stupid but I'm sure there is some correlation between the circumference of that black taped battery pack and the amount of power it generates. I'm sure if I had spent months and months working on this device that will save us all from another ice age Id at least know how freaking big around it was!
