Thanks, sionnsar. I actually had a decent sleep last night - first night in a while. That's good news!! I didn't -- but then again, I am looking to get out of a Bad Job (I find I do not like giant corporations) into some fun small company. For an engineer this gets harder as one gets older.

Why should you work for someone who doesn't appreciate your time and talent?
