This isn't breaking news any more. A few years ago maybe, but this should be in the stupid file.....
With the proliferation of crack and meth, there is no end to these stupid criminal stories. There is no stupidity threshold when people stay awake for days on end high on that crap. And then there's that percentage that act like that when they drink alcohol...
