I just got off the phone with the guy that owns the website. He gave me her email address and the physical address. He said he will pull the ad and email me any information he has in addition on this person so I can contact law enforcement. He was really most gracious and anxious to clear it up so it appears the website is on the up and up anyway.
Just so you know or in case you need it later, I did save the whole page, so in case you need something off of it after he pulls it, it's preserved.
