Well, the talk with animal control was valuable. Sounds like at least the situation has someone with some sense at the enforcement end :~)
Well, the animal control guy had some sense, you're right, but the powers to be that he works for are idiots.
Even tho they KNOW that Beth is in the wrong, and her son is causing trouble, they are catering to her, just so she will leave them alone. The issued a court order that if anyone at anytime sees the dog out it will be euthenised immediately, even tho they KNOW the kid was teasing it...If I had any desire to get involved which I don't, that is where I'd get involved at....telling the city authorities I don't appreciate them letting this looney woman control them. Because from the things he told me....she is a pure D NUT case....I learned things about her I didn't know before....YIKES, she's scary. But the powers are giving in to her because she is raising such a stink, and does this sort of thing often....
