A large percentage of "hate" crimes are in fact staged.
After all, there simply aren't a lot of vengeful people in America today going around attacking someone simply for belonging to another race.
That occurs far more frequently in other countries, but rarely in the US where ALL peoples have an opportunity to become rich.

Officials said the home was scheduled for foreclosure based on non-payment of taxes, homeowner's fees and mortgage payments. I'm sure this guy would have used the insurance money to pay off the banks (snicker).
