The second I saw Reggie do that, I thought the Saints were gonna lose! No need for that kind of display, at all!

The tide turned after Reggie's touchdown where he hammed in up before he even got into the end zone. Behavior like that ticks of the defense BIGTIME.
I was rooting for the Saints until Reggie Bush pulled that stunt on his touchdown. Pointing at and taunting the Bears' players as he ran towards the endzone, doing an unnecessary dive into the endzone, and then doing that silly dance really ticked me off too. Bush appears to be another Icky Woods type, dancing while his team is losing. Hopefully, Bush will do some growing up in the offseason and will approach next season as more of a team player instead of a "Hey everybody, look at what I just did! I scored a touchdown!" type of player.

Gee, you mean to tell me that a black man coached a team to the Super Bowel on shear telnet and perseverance without the aid of the NAACP? How can this be in the racist, homophobic, name your phobic United States?

"Saints are Americas team/post Katrina miracle melodramas."
That was the ONLY reason I cheered for the Bears! Good game too!

Message to the knuckleheads at places like the EIB Network, ESPN and Sports Illustrated: ESAD!
Go Bears!

One thing I will say is that Seattle gave the Bears just about the best fight they've had lately.
And I thought the Colts looked pretty lame the first half, but man, they livened up in the second half. Lotta heart.
Might end up being a good superbowl. Except now we have a months worth of hype about commercials.

At least we won't be hearing the ESPN "Saints are Americas team/post Katrina miracle melodramas. Problem is, we substituted that for a "the coach is black!" melodrama.

Yeah, I was wondering if the reporters (after bugging Lovie Smith about being the first African-American Super Bowl-bound couch) were going to ask Reggie Bush how it felt to be the first African-American to make a big fool after himself after scoring a touchdown.
Then I realized, he wasn't the first.

IT SHOULD BE THE SEAHAWKS IN THE SUPERBOWL ...
Had the hawks gotten past Chicago, thier secondary would have started coming back by this week ...
Oh well, they will be back in it next year.

The press was trying awful hard to play the "Katrina card" before the game.
GO BEARS!!! Hope they take it all the way and win the Superbowl!! Shades of 86..
Surprise about Parcells today but more to the point the way Jerry is handling it all.
