I don't know why two talented women would want to trash their careers like this.

*Sigh* I sure miss the days when entertaining television was when The Beaver spilled ink on his dad's desk,or Barney looking for his bullet.

I watched about 5 minutes of the premiere of this show. Until it got to a pornographic scene that was not suitable for a standard, primetime cable station. The sex scene included nudity, several positions, etc. The show was quickly turned off and banned from my household. It does not surprise me that their next step is a well-publicized lesbian kiss.

Filth from Fox? Because, of course, Fox (actually FX) is usually an upstanding, family network.
Look, this is just a desperate attempt for ratings. Any outrage accomplishes their goal. Why not just ignore it?

Courtney Cox used to be extremely pretty, but now...hmm. She must've had surgery, because it looks like you could shave layers off of an onion on her cheekbones.
And Jennifer Aniston. Y'know, I can't explain exactly *why* she's so hot. She's skinny, her face isn't that pretty...and yet, she's just got that indefinable something that turns heads. Darned if I know what it is. Sort of like Sandra Bullock, I think it's that girl-next-door thing.

Dirt is floudering in the ratings. Courtney Cox is desparate to have a hit. So she calls her BFF Jennifer Anniston (or Manniston as some call her) for an influx of 'star power.' Cox even had her husband (he is associated with the show as well) on Howard Stern...nothing else to speak of with Cox/Arquette than what they think of Brangelina. Toss in the vibrator scene (acted by Cox and dissed on the entertainment blogs) and now the lesbian lip lock and you have all the makings of Hollywood desperation. Dirt, I doubt, will be renewed next year by Fox.

Sounds very desperate to me. Besides which, Stone/Spears/Hilton/Lohan have already one upped them with the Beav flash.

Some how I dont think an FX show titled Dirt is being promoted by anyone as good clean G-rated family entertainment.
Let the buyer or watcher and especially the parent beware.
If its not right for you or your kids to watch, then dont watch.
There are some shows that I would not consider suitable for family viewing that were very good for some of us adults, like HBOs Sopranos.

DO NOT WATCH THIS SHOW!
I have seen the advertisements for it. "Dirt" says it all, never watched, never will. Especially after this fiasco!! (warning! explicit and extremely graphic and offensive!)

I'll have to Tivo and view the offending episode several times so that I can properly plumb the depths of my moral outrage.

It's only fair: ten seasons of Friends and Ross and Chandler never came out of the closet (or was it Chandler and Joey? Or Ross and Joey? All three of those guys couldn't have been straight).
